What is your standard shipping policy?
We offer standard ground shipping on most items within the contiguous United States. Shipping rates are calculated based on the order total. Please note that white-glove delivery is required for select oversized furniture pieces to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
We want you to love your new decor. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee. Please note that final sale items, custom upholstery, and floor samples are not eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we partner with Global-E to provide international shipping to many countries. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
How do I care for my Jonathan Adler ceramics?
Our high-fired stoneware and porcelain pieces are designed for durability. Most unglazed bisque pieces can be cleaned with soap and water, while glazed items are generally dishwasher safe. We recommend hand-washing our gold-leafed or metallic-accented items.

Are your upholstery items customizable?
Absolutely. Many of our sofas, chairs, and benches are available in a wide variety of signature fabrics and finishes. You can order swatches online to find the perfect texture and color for your space before placing your order.
